بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted, the Wise.
Adhikr—the Splendid Book—is revealed from the Wise and Self-Praise-Worthy Allah, in which no falsehood enters before or after Its codification as told in verses 41: 41-42. It is the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book, and It contains all 312 Books revealed from the Lord before, and their upright explanation as explained in verses 5: 48 and 16: 43-44.
