Mercy is one of the 40 names of Adhikr. It is not the disbelievers who deny the Impartial decides to whomever the Mercy Adhikr may be granted, but It is the Lord Who selects from mankind the Messengers with Message Adhikr. Moreover, whoever from mankind irrespective of religion, caste, color, sex, nation, etc. reads Adhikr with a prayer in the soul: “Oh my Lord! You increase to me the Knowledge”, he can understand Adhikr. it is told in Surath Al Khamar four times that Allah has made it easy for Adhikr to understand with one’s heart’s language, then is there anyone ready for it?
