He causes the night to embed in the Day and He causes the day to embed in the night, and He subjected the sun and the moon, each moves to a term fixed, that is Allah, your Lord, to Him belongs the kingship, and those whom you invoke besides Him do not possess kingship as much that of a husk of a date seed.
This verse teaches that those you call upon besides the Lord do not possess any kingship in the universe. It is stated in verse 22: 73: "Oh, mankind, listen to the parable explained: Indeed, those you invoke besides Lord Allah cannot create even a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose; and if the fly snatches away something from them, they can’t retrieve it; both the pursuer and pursued are weak." In verse 29: 41, it is stated that the parable of those who take patrons besides Lord Allah is like that of a spider that builds a house; indeed, the weakest of houses is the house of the spider if they possess Knowledge. As explained in verses 25: 17-18, the Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar, by forgetting Adhikr—the Reminder—has made others patrons to the Lord, and thus they have become misguided. Since they are not utilizing their intelligence to understand the aim of life, they are the worst creatures among 1,000 communities of the Lord’s creatures, as stated in verse 8: 22, and they are the worst creatures on the land, as stated in verse 98: 6. Since they are serving Satan—the disbeliever—they will be killed by other people of Messenger Muhammad’s community, such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians, after the second coming of Jesus. Only then will they realize that Adhikr, not the Arabic Quran, is the Lord’s Book, as explained in verse 38: 8. See explanation 31: 29-32; 39: 6.
