(Al-Baqara) 2 : 180

It has been prescribed upon you that if any of you faces death and he leaves property behind, to make a bequest for parents and blood relatives with a proper manner, a duty upon the heedful.

This verse is revealed before revealing verses 4: 11-12 which concerns the law of inheritance. It is ordained in verse that those who die leaving any property should make a bequest to their parents, children, and other relatives in the proper manner. After verses 4: 11-12 are revealed, the bequest prescribed in this verse is limited to one-third of the total property, and also ordered that bequest should not be done to any inheritor. Today as Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59, those who testify It will only become heedful. So such a believer will know about the time of his death.

Today the wrongdoing Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are neither utilizing the Book by themselves nor are giving It to others. They are leading a life totally against Adhikr by serving Satan and following in his footsteps. It is told in verse 2: 241 that it is the duty of heedful to give sustenance in the best manner to the divorced woman. See explanation 2: 48, 106-107, 147-148, and 5: 105-106.
