And in retaliation there is life for you, Oh the men endowed with intelligence, so that you may become heedful.
Anyone who commits murder, whether freeman or slave or female,/should be retaliated. If the murder happens by mistake and the guardian of the murdered forgives the murderer, the murderer has to grant reasonable compensation. And it should be given to the ancestors of the murdered in the best manner. ‘Aggresses after that’ includes killing more people, neglecting the concession and Mercy from the Lord, implementing the retaliation horribly, not giving the compensation after it has been decided, or implementing retaliation after accepting the compensation. It is told in verse 17: 33: “You don’t kill the soul which Lord has forbidden except with Truth. And whoever is killed unjustly, We have given his heir the authority, but let him not exceed limits in the killing, indeed he will be helped”.
It is told in verses 4: 92-93: “No believer can kill a believer except by mistake, and whoever kills a believer by mistake then he should free a believing slave and deliver the good ransom to his family except they remit it freely. And if he is from an enemy people to you and he is a believer, then should free a believing slave, while if he is from a people with whom you have a treaty, then deliver a good ransom to his family and free a believing slave. If anyone is unable to free a slave, then he should fast for two months uninterruptedly, as repentance from the Lord. And whoever kills a believer deliberately, then his reward is Hell, he will live in it forever; Lord Allah’s wrath is upon him and He has cursed him, and He has kept prepared severe punishment for him”.
Adam’s son Qabeel deliberately and unjustly killed his brother Habeel. Since he was the pioneer of murder among mankind, he has to bear a portion of the burden of each killing happening anywhere on the earth till Doomsday. It is told in verse 5: 32: “On account of the murder by Qabeel, Lord prescribed upon the Children of Israel that indeed whoever kills any person except as a punishment for murder or for causing mischief in the land, it is as if he has killed the whole mankind. Whereas if anyone spares a life, then it is as if he has granted life to whole mankind; and surely Our Messengers have brought to them Explanations, then afterward many of them committed excesses on earth”. Being the explanation of verse 39: 53, Lord taught through His Messenger a fact that Lord has accepted the repentance of a person who made one hundred murders, that is because that person did not do the murders deliberately.
Not only this verse of retaliation but also any verse of law commanded by calling the group of believers cannot be implemented today since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world. Moreover, the odd believer is advised to propagate Adhikr throughout the world aiming for harmony of mankind.
Today the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read all these verses are knowingly hiding, distorting, and misinterpreting the Lord's Book. They are not telling the people that Adhikr is the Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases, bloodshed, murders, and all such mischievous activities. They are denoted as the worst creatures in verse 8: 22 for being deaf and dumb towards Adhikr. After the second coming of Jesus, these worthless people mentioned in verse 25: 18 will be killed by the other people belonging to the Messenger's community as explained in verse 4: 91. Among Fujjar the hypocrites will enter Hell even without Trial as told in verse 4: 145, whereas the blind followers will be driven to Hell after Trial as told in verse 39: 71.
