(An-Nahl) 16 : 99
إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
Indeed, he has no authority upon those believers who have entrusted upon their Lord.
Adhikr is formed as the Splendid Book mentioned in verses 41: 41-43. So, nobody can become a believer except with It as explained in verse 10: 100. So the believer who holdfasts the Safeguard Adhikr, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Striaghtpath as explained in verse 5: 48. See explanation 4: 78-79, 118, and 14: 22.
