Those who have made this Reading into negligence.
All 313 Messengers were sent down with Adhikr which is the Manifest and Clear Reading as explained in verse 10: 44. It is told in verses 25: 28-29: “In the Hereafter, the Fujjar will wail as: ‘Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not so and so as my intimate friend, he led me astray from Adhikr after It had come to me; and Satan was a traitor to mankind". And in verse 25: 30 Messenger Muhammad will witness against his people as:” Oh my Lord, indeed my people have flown away from this Reading". The hypocrites and Kuffar who are promised with Hell for hiding and rejecting Adhikr are commanding evils and are forbidding good, and they have forgotten Lord, so He has forgotten them as explained in verses 9: 67-68. Lord asks about them in verse 32: 22 as: “Who does most wrong than the one who is remembered with the verses of his Lord, then neglects them; indeed, We will take revenge with such Mujirims”.
The believer who testifies Adhikr-the Permission-will only change his fate from ledger Sijjeen of Hell (83: 7) into ledger Illiyeen of Paradise (83: 18) as explained in verse 15: 44. See explanation 1: 7; 10: 17; 12: 111; 15: 6-9 and 12.
