(Al-Hijr) 15 : 1
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ الر ۚ تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ وَقُرْآنٍ مُبِينٍ
Alif, Lam, Ra. These are the verses of the Book and a Manifest Reading.
The abbreviated letters “Alif-Lam-Ra” means “I, Allah sees”. Not Arabic Quran, but Adhikr is Manifest Reading; but only heedful will take It as the Guidance as explained in verse 2: 2. See explanation 11: 1; 12: 1 and 14: 1.
