Allah knows what every female carries and what the wombs lose and exceed. And each thing near Him is with a due measure.
Lord Allah has already decided whatever things happen in the universe and is inscribed in His Book Adhikr as explained in verses 6: 59 and 10: 61. It is told in verse 31: 34: "Indeed, Knowledge of the Last Hour is with Lord Allah, He is sending down the rain, and He is Knowing what is in the wombs; no soul knows what will he earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in which place he will die; indeed, Lord is the Knower, the Acquainted". And it is told in verses 41: 47-48: "To Him belongs the Knowledge about Last Hour. And no fruits emerge from their chaff nor does a woman conceive or deliver except with His Knowledge. And the Day He will call to them: "Where are My partners you had attributed with me?" They will reply: "We acknowledge to You that there is none among us as a witness for it. And strayed from them what they used to invoke before, and they will be certain that they have no way out". Through verses 82: 6-8, the Lord asks: “Oh man, what has tempted you in the matter of your Noble Lord Who created you from nothingness, then fashioned you, proportioned you, molded you and numbered you in whatever form He pleased?”
Today, Adhikr-the Three-Time-Knowledge, Guidance, Mercy, and Herald for true Muslims as told in verse 16: 89-is codified. Whoever holdfasts It, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verses 3: 101 and 4: 174-175. But the hypocrites and Kuffar by rejecting Adhikr, they are following and testifying Fujjar's books which are the tickets to Hell as explained in verses 9: 67-68.
