And those who disbelieved will ask: "Why has not a sign been sent down to him from his Lord?" You are only a warner, and for every people, there is a guide.
If it is told in this verse that for every people there is a guide, in verse 10: 47 it is told that for every community, there is a Messenger. Lord had sent Messengers to every community with Adhikr as Warners and Heralds as explained in verse 10: 68. Lord will never be punishing any people until He deputes a Messenger to them as explained in verse 5: 109. It is told in verse 40: 78: “We have sent Messengers before you, among them is one that We have explained upon you, while among them one that We have not explained to you. No Messenger can bring any sign unless it is with Lord’s Permission-Adhikr. Once Lord’s command comes, matters will be decided with the Truth and the falsehood followers will be the losers”.
Adhikr is the Reminder and Guidance for the entire mankind. If the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar hide and reject Adhikr, Lord will entrust It into other people from Messenger’s community such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians as explained in verses 6: 89-90. These worst Mujirims will argue, blame, and curse each other in Hell as explained in verse 2: 165-167. See explanation 9: 28, 125, and 12: 106.
