(Ar-Ra'd) 13 : 15

And to Lord Allah prostrates whoever is within the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and their shadows in the dusks and dawns.

Whoever hears or reads this verse should fall in prostration as this is one among the 15 verses of compulsory Prostrations of Recitations. Only believer who testifies Adhikr-the Best Book-will do it in the dusk and dawn as explained in verses 7: 205-206. All other Arabic Quran reading Fujjar whose ledger is in Sijjeen of Hell will not do this prostration. They will only do swift prostrations without the participation of the soul in their prayers as explained in verse 22: 18. See explanation 2: 62; 4: 150-151 and 9: 67-68.
