(13) Ar-Ra'd

This Surath containing 43 verses were revealed during the last period of Messenger's Meccan life. It got the name 'Thunder' from verse 13 which says: "The thunder glorifies Him with praises and the Angels from behind it". This Surath teaches that the believer who lives as the vicegerent of the Lord shouldn't follow the hectic lifestyle of disbelievers who are not learning any lesson from the creation of heavens, earth and all thing in between. Each soul is earning Hell or Paradise in this world, and the Impartial Lord will not change anyone's fate. Messenger and believer only must convey the Message to whole mankind and the Reckoning belongs to the Three-Time-Knower Lord. And it is commanded the believer to say the disbelievers who are not following Adhikr that, Lord and the Book are enough as a Witness between them.

No Messenger can bring a Miracle except with the Permission of Lord, i.e. with Adhikr. Whoever invokes other deities besides Lord will not get any response from them, such a true disbeliever's prayer will increase nothing except astray. And such disbeliever will not do the Prostration of Recitation mentioned in 15 places in the Book. Lord will not respond or help those who follow the whims of Fujjar and Kuffar. The believer who responds to the call of Lord by testifying Adhikr will have the best destiny. And for the disbelievers, if they had all that is in the earth and as much as more, even they would ransom with it, such will have the worst account and destiny.
