(Hood) 11 : 31

And I do not tell you that the treasury of Lord Allah is with me, nor that I know the unseen, nor I tell you that I am an Angel, nor I say about those upon whom you see as weaklings that Allah will never grant them any good; Allah has the best knowledge about what is in their soul; if I do so, then indeed I would be among the wrongdoers.

It is commanded to the Messenger not to ignore the weakling believers for the sake of the chiefs from the disbelievers, as explained in verse 6:52. Every individual must appear before the Lord for judgment by reading the ‘Recorded Book’ fastened around his neck, as explained in verses 17:13-14. So, the duty of the Messenger and believers is only to convey the Message to the entire world. It is told in verse 18:28: “And keep yourself patient with those who call upon their Lord in the dusk and dawn seeking His pleasure, and do not let your eyes pass beyond them desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey the one whose heart We have made heedless about Our Reminder (Adhikr) and who follows his whims and whose affair has gone beyond limits.” It is told in verse 41:33: “Who is better in speech than the one who calls mankind with the Best Book (Adhikr) into the Lord and performs honorable deeds, and says: ‘Surely, I am among those who submitted all to the Lord’.” The Messenger and believers are commanded not to obey the hypocrites and their followers, as explained in verse 9:34. See explanation 6:50; 9:55, 61, 85; 10:40-41, and 106.
