"And Oh my people! Who would help me from Lord Allah if I drove them away? Then will you not remember?
Once the blind man named Abdullah-Ibnu-Ummu-Maqthoom came to Messenger Muhammad while he was chatting with the chiefs among the Meccan pagans. Then, the Messenger frowned and turned his face away from Abdullah in disdain. By criticizing this action of the Messenger, the Lord revealed verses 80:3-7: "But what would make you perceive that perhaps he might be purified or be reminded, and the Reminder would benefit him? As for the one who thinks he is self-sufficient, you turned your face away from him. What is upon you if he will not be purified?"
So, anyone who wishes to hear the Lord’s Speech, Adhikr, shouldn’t be obstructed. Whoever obstructs, then he is a human Satan. The Fujjar, whose ledger is in Sijjeen, only objects to mankind learning Adhikr (the Ticket for returning to Paradise). See explanation 2:152; 9:28, and 10:93.
