(Hood) 11 : 106
فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ شَقُوا فَفِي النَّارِ لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَشَهِيقٌ

As for those who became unlucky, they will be in the Fire; for them therein is heaving of sighs and sobs.

Only the unfortunate will abstain from Dhikra and will be roasted in the immense Fire, as explained in verses 2:159-160. None will be cast into the blazing Fire except those who rejected and turned away from Adhikr, as stated in verse 9:99. The ledger of the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar is recorded in Sijjeen, as told in verse 83:7. They are destined for the seven doors of Hell, as explained in verse 9:31.

Verses 67:6-10 describe their fate: "They hear from it a heaving of sighs while it boils up. It bursts with rage. Whenever a group is thrown into it, its keepers ask them: 'Did there not come to you a warner?' They will reply: 'Certainly, a warner came to us, but we rejected and said: 'Allah has not sent down anything; you are only in great error.' They will wail: 'If we had heard Adhikr, we would not have been among the companions of the Blazing Fire.'" Verse 32:12 describes the Mujirims' wail: "O our Lord! We have seen the scene of Hell and heard its sound; so return us, that we may do righteous deeds; indeed, we have become the confirmed believers." Those who did not testify to the Confirmed Knowledge—Adhikr—in this world will see Hades until they confirm it with their own eyes, as explained in verse 10:36. See explanation 6:25-28; 89-90; 10:47; and 64.
