And you are not serving what I am serving.
The Lord with whom the believer believes has no relation based on religion, caste, sex, color, tribe, nation, or language, except based on heedfulness, as told in verse 49: 13. It is told in verse 39: 33 that whoever receives Adhikr—the Truth—and testifies It as It should be testified, such are the heedful; and in verse 43: 67, it is told that all relations among brothers will turn into enmity on the Day of Judgement except those based on heedfulness. See explanation 2: 62.
If the believer lives only for Believer Allah and serves Him alone, the Fujjar—disbelievers—serve the disbeliever Satan. If the believer considers Allah, who has no similitude or example, as the Exalted and the Dominant, the disbelievers who do not know Adhikr have an evil concept about Allah. That is why they serve arrogant forces—the different forms of Satan. See explanation 16: 36; 39: 41; and 103: 1–3.
