(Al-Aswr) 103 : 3
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ

Except those who believe and do righteous deeds, and advise with the Truth, and advise with patience.

Truth mentioned in 256 verses, such as in 2:119, 143; 10:108; 39:41, 69, 75, etc., is one of the forty names of Adhikr. To advise with the Truth means to advise for utilizing Adhikr–the Permission of Allah to become a believer–by propagating It to the entire mankind. In other words, it is to advise mankind to identify himself and the Creator by utilizing Adhikr, which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human Soul, and thus to advise them to try to keep the universe in its equilibrium.

To advise with patience means to advise mankind to give preference to the eternal Hereafter rather than this temporary worldly life. That means, it is advised to advise for becoming patient and tolerant in times of crisis due to following Adhikr, by understanding that mankind is deputed in this world in order to undergo trial with whatever everyone is provided with, and to prepare Paradise for the Hereafter as told in verses 5:48 and 6:165. See explanation 38:24; 83:18-20; 90:17-18 and 95:6.
