(Al-Balad) 90 : 2
وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ
And you were freely dwelling in this City.
“You” here refers to Messenger Muhammad, who was born in Mecca and lived there. The people recognized and approved Him as “Al-Ameen – the Honest” from His childhood.
