Is there not cause for confirming the Truth for the one who has common sense?
By pointing out various phenomena in the universe — some directly related to mankind and others not — this verse asks whether there is not sufficient evidence within them to understand the aim of life. Male and female, who live as two souls at the breaking of dawn, become a single soul at night through mating. Through this, the sperm and ovum mingle and grow into a single cell. From this cell, new children are formed as pairs — male and female — and from them new generations of males and females continue to emerge. Through these verses, it is asked: Is there not enough evidence for mankind, who are bestowed with intelligence, to recognize and affirm the Lord — the Single Creator? See explanation 16: 72; 30: 21; 35: 27-28; and 86: 5-7.
