ADHIKR

Whatever the Lord’s Book warns is clear and bound to happen; it is not a mere joke or vain talk. But the believer—one in each thousand, as explained in verse 4: 118—alone codifies his life according to the dos and don’ts of the Lord’s Book, Adhikr. Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand, neglecting the Day of Judgement, throw the Lord’s Book behind their backs, as explained in verse 3: 187. See explanation 56: 79–82 and 68: 9.
