ذُو الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِيدُ
Enthroned—the Glorious.
If in this verse Allah is mentioned as “Glorious,” then in verse 21 Adhikr is mentioned as the Glorious Reading. See explanation 11: 73 and 50: 1.
