(Al-Inshiqaaq ) 84 : 2
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ
And when its Lord permits it to happen.
The Lord, Who created the heavens and the earth from nothingness as seen today, when He commands it to return to its previous condition, it will be changed so. The Three-Time-Knower Lord has already inscribed everything in His Book—Adhikr—that will happen in the universe.
