Those are the true believers, they have grades of dignity, forgiveness and noble sustenance with their Lord.
In this verse as well as in verse 8: 74 it is told: “Those are the true believers”, whereas in verse 4: 151 only it is told: “Those are the true disbelievers”. It is told in verses 36: 10-11, it is same whether you warn them or you don’t warn them, they will not become believers; indeed, you remind only the one who follows Adhikr and fears Impartial through Adhikr; then you inform glad tidings to him with the forgiveness and Noble Reward. It is told in verses 25: 68-71: “The servants who consider Lord Allah as the Impartial don’t invoke any other deity with Allah, nor kill any soul whom Allah has forbidden except in the Light of Truth, and don’t commit fornication. Whoever does so, he has fallen in the heinous sins, the punishment will be doubled for him on the Day of Judgment and he will remain disgraced forever in it, except those who repented and believed, and acted honorable deeds, then for such ones Lord will replace their evil deeds with the best ones since Allah is the Oft-forgiving, the Merciful”.
So, anyone who wishes power and pride, then he must learn and propagate Adhikr throughout the world. By doing so he is helping the Lord so that Lord will help him back as told in verse 47: 7. It is asked in verse 39: 36as ‘isn’t Lord Allah enough for His servant, but they try to frighten you with others besides Him; the one whom Allah allows to stray, then for him there is none to guide’. By holding Adhikr—the Safeguard mentioned in verse 5: 48—one can hold Lord Allah, and he is only guided into the Straightpath as explained in verses 3: 101; 4: 32 and 174-175. See explanation 2: 186; 4: 17-18; 5: 54 and 7: 178.
