(An-Naba') 78 : 15
لِنُخْرِجَ بِهِ حَبًّا وَنَبَاتًا
So that We may produce with it the grains and plants.
It is the Lord of the universe who made the convenience for germinating crops and plants from dead land by sending down rain. See explanation 32: 4; 50: 9-11; and 71: 17.
