(Al-Mursalath) 77 : 46
كُلُوا وَتَمَتَّعُوا قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُمْ مُجْرِمُونَ

“Eat and enjoy for a limited term; indeed, you are Mujirims.”

While verse 16: 89 tells that Muslims are those who utilize Adhikr—which explains everything—as Guidance, Mercy, and Glad Tidings, the Arabic Qur’an-reading Fujjar are leading an aimless and heedless life without the awareness that mankind—who has seven phases as explained in verse 71: 14—is deputed in this fourth phase to prepare Paradise for the seventh phase. Even though they claim they are Muslims, they are the true disbelievers mentioned in verses 4: 150-151; the Mujirims (mad) mentioned in verse 7: 40; and the wrongdoers mentioned in verse 2: 254. Through verse 14: 30 the believer is commanded to say to them: “Enjoy for a while; indeed, your return is to the Fire.” See explanation 6: 55; 39: 8; and 98: 6.
