(Al-Mudasir) 74 : 17
سَأُرْهِقُهُ صَعُودًا
I will surely make deeping down the one who can’t reach high.
That means everyone who is reluctant towards Adhikr which is the Ticket to ascend to the Paradise, will be sent in to the depth of the fire. See explanation 7: 40, 175-176; 43: 36-39 and 51: 50-51.
