(Noah) 71 : 15
أَلَمْ تَرَوْا كَيْفَ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا
Didn’t you see how Allah has created seven heavens one above other?
Just like the seven phases of mankind, Heavens and earth are also created as seven one above other. See explanation 10: 5; 23: 17; 65: 12; and 67: 3.
