Those who rejected Shuhaib became just like they didn't live there, those who rejected Shuhaib were the only losers.
Lord destroyed the disbelieving people of Shuaib in such a manner that they had never existed there. Thus Lord made them losers both in this world and Hereafter. As the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are only reading these verses, they will be losers both in this world and Hereafter. It is because they didn't change their ledger from Sijjeen which is to Hell mentioned in verse 83: 7 into Illiyeen which is to Paradise as mentioned in verse 83: 18.
