And they can’t help them, and they can't help themselves.
It is told in verses 36: 74-75 that they have selected deities other than Lord so that they may be helped. They cannot help them, and they will be an army against them when all are summoned on the Day of Judgment. It is told in verses 46: 5-6 that who is the most strayed than the one who invokes others except Lord. They will not respond to him until the Day of Judgment and who are heedless about their invoking. The believer is commanded to ask the Fujjar in verses 10: 34-35: "Are there of your patrons who begins creation and then repeats it? Lord begins creation and then repeats the creation, so how you are deluded? Are there of your patrons who guide you into the Truth? Lord guides into the Truth. So, is He Who guides into the Truth worthier to be followed or the one who will not guide unless he is guided? Then what happened to you? How you are judging?".
