(Al-Ahraf) 7 : 156

"And You prescribe for us good in this world and the Hereafter, indeed we are guided unto You"; He said: "My punishment, I will afflict with It whom I wish, while My Mercy embraces everything, then I will prescribe It for those who are heedful, who are paying the welfare tax and who are believing with Our verses".

Today, the Mercy of Lord Adhikr is codified as a Book, and the Lord has become the Impartial. Whoever utilizes Adhirk as the Ticket to return to Paradise, as the Safeguard against all disasters, calamities, diseases, and Hellfire, for them It will witness and argue in favor. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. They are the Mujirims serving Satan as explained in verse 7: 40. Fujjar are not considering the Lord as the Impartial. It is not the Impartial Lord who pushes the Fujjar into Hell; instead, it is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against them and push them into Hell. See explanation 2: 2-4, 113; 6: 54-55, and 7: 146-147.
