The One who has created the death and birth to test you who among you perform in the best manner, and He is the Exalted, the Oft-forgiving.
Without saying ‘who among you perform more deeds’, it is told in this verse that ‘who among you perform in the best manner’. That means death and birth are created in order to test who is living here under the Light of Adhikr-the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book mentioned in verse 25: 33. Such are called Muhsins.
But the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who have become worthless people by forgetting Adhikr as explained in verses 25: 17-18 have become so worst that they are doing deeds with the body without participating the soul just opposite to the command of this verse. They are reading the verses such as 7: 8-9; 18: 103-105; 47:8-9 which say that on the Day of Judgement, there will be no weight in the Balance for the deeds which are not under basis of Adhikr-the Proof and Evidence mentioned in verses 4: 174-175. Moreover, all their deeds without participating the Soul will be displayed in front of them and will be dispersed as dust flying in the wind as explained in verse 25: 23. They will die witnessing against their soul that indeed they were disbelievers as told in verse 7: 37; and on the Day of Judgement they will witness so as told in verse 6: 130. As told in verse 39: 59, at the death time of everyone among them Lord Allah will say to them that “you received My verses, but you rejected them, you acted arrogantly, and you were among the disbelievers”. The scene of wailing and asking these disbelievers at the edge of fire is warned in verse 40: 11 as “Oh our Lord! You made us die twice, and You made us live twice, and we recognised our offences, then is there any way to exit?” in short, against the Fujjar who are bearing the Lord’s Book just like the donkeys carrying the burden, the verses they have seen, heard, touched and read will argue and witness, and will push them into the Hell as explained in verse 9: 82. See explanation 2: 28; 11: 7; 18: 7; and 76: 2-3.
