That is, you believe in Allah and in His Messenger, and do great Jihad in the way of Allah with your wealth and with your souls; that is best for you if you know.
Forming belief in Allah and His Messenger is possible only with the Permission of Allah to become a believer—Adhikr—mentioned in verses 2: 213, 255; and 10: 100. Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world today, there is no Jihad using weapons. But the odd believers of today should do Jihad with Adhikr against the hypocrites and Kuffar who hide and reject Adhikr, as explained in verses 9: 73 and 66: 9, and should convey Adhikr to the entire mankind irrespective of nation, caste, sex, color, etc., aiming to form the harmony of mankind to have a tranquil and peaceful life. That is the meaning of what is taught by Lord Allah through His Messenger: “The best among you is the one who learns and teaches the Lord’s Book.” See explanation 38: 24; and 45: 13.
