Indeed Allah forbids you to select as friend those who fought with you in the case of religion, who have delivered you out from your houses, and who have helped for your delivering out; and whoever selects them as friends, such are the wrongdoers.
Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, there is no battle in the case of Jihad. Instead, there is only strenuous Jihad toward the hypocrites and Kuffar as explained in verse 9: 73. Allah obstructs only the keeping of love and affection with those who keep hatred toward the believers. To put it briefly, those who are dealing with affection toward the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who have made their food rejecting Adhikr, as explained in verse 56: 82, are the wrongdoers as explained in verses 9: 23-24;, 9: 125;, 48: 6;, and 61: 8-9.
