(Al-Mumthahana) 60 : 7
عَسَى اللَّهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ عَادَيْتُمْ مِنْهُمْ مَوَدَّةً ۚ وَاللَّهُ قَدِيرٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
Allah may make affection between you and those with whom you are having enmity from among them; and Allah is capable, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Merciful.
Allah, in whose dominion is the control of everyone, is capable of creating love and affection between the believers and those toward whom the believers are dealing with enmity because of their hatred toward Adhikr. The believers who have understood this fact from Adhikr, being part of preventing evil with the Best as told in verse 41: 34, will convey Adhikr to them and will pray to Allah with the soul for them to utilize Adhikr.
