And they don't consider Lord Allah as He should be considered when they said: "Allah has not sent down anything upon a human being"; you ask: "Who sent down the Book which Moses came with as a Light and Guidance for mankind, you made It on sheets of paper, you are disclosing some of It while you are concealing many of It, and you have been taught what neither you nor your forefathers knowing, you say: 'Lord Allah has sent It', then you leave them away in their mocking and playing".
Adhikr is the Truth mentioned in 256 places like 2: 119, 147; 3: 60; 7: 8-9; 10: 108; 17: 81; 39: 69, 75; 40: 78, and 43: 78. It is the duty of those who inherited the Book to propagate Adhikr into whole mankind aiming to form a harmony of mankind and to maintain the statuesque of nature, and thereby keeping the universe in its equilibrium. It is told in verse 9: 115: "It is not suitable for Lord to let a people astray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should heed". It is told in verses 36: 69-70 that Adhikr is the Manifest and Clear Reading which is revealed to warn those who are alive and to prove the word of punishment upon the disbelievers.
It is told in verses 22: 73-74: "Lord is giving a parable to mankind, they may listen to it consciously, indeed whatever they are calling besides Lord has not created even a housefly, even if they all are gathered for it; if the house fly takes away anything from their lip, they can’t get it back, both the seekers and to whom is sought are feeble. They did not consider Lord as He should be considered; indeed Lord is the strongest and exalted". It is told in verse 39: 67: "Mankind didn't consider Lord as He should be considered; on the Day of Judgment when all the earth will be held in His (left) hand, and the skies will be in His right hand, the Highest Lord Allah is glorious above all they are associating upon Him".
The people of Messenger Mohammed in Mecca were in doubt about Adhikr revealed to him. So they were asking about the reality of It to the Jews and Christians who were the people of the previous Book. Then instead of telling the truth, they told that Lord has not sent down anything upon mankind. Being a reply to this allegation toward Lord’s Book and the Messenger, this verse was revealed. The Book revealed to Moosa was also Adhikr named Thourath. It was the Light and Guidance for the entire mankind of that period. But they disclosed to mankind some of It hiding most of It for worldly gains. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Mohammed the Three-Time-Knowledge which explains everything as explained in verse 3: 58.
Today these verses apply to the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who falsely claim and boast that they are people of the Book. By hiding and rejecting Adhikr they are not considering Lord as the Book submits. They have become the true disbelievers as explained in verses 4: 150-151. They are destined into the seven doors of Hell as explained in verse 15: 44. It is told in verses 67: 8–11: "Every time a group of Fujjar is thrown into the raging Fire, its keeper Angels ask them: 'Did there not come to you a warner?' They will reply: 'Yes, a warner had come to us, but we rejected and said that Lord has not sent down anything, you are in extreme astray. If we had been listening or reasoning, we would not be among the companions of the Blaze’. And they will admit their sin, so away with companions of the Blaze".
