Messenger Ibrahim is called the father of Prophets. That does not mean Prophets and Messengers came only from Ibrahim's progeny, but many of the Prophets and Messengers came from the progeny of Ibrahim. All 313 Messengers from the first Messenger Noah to the Last Messenger and prophet Muhammed have been sent down with the Message Adhikr. More than 1, 24,000 Prophets from Adam to Mohammed have been deputed periodically. Lord's Message Adhikr was revealed upon the Messengers, whereas Prophets were getting only Inspiration and they were commanded to follow Adhikr revealed to the Messengers of their period. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Mohammed contains all 312 previous Books and their upright explanations as explained in verse 16: 44. Adhikr is the only Book revealed from the Lord which is the Straightpath mentioned in 35 places such as 4: 68; 6: 153 and 36: 61. See explanation 2: 253; 4: 163-165, and 13: 22-24.
