And with Him the keys of the unseen, none knows them except He, and He knows whatever on land and in the sea, and not any leaf is falling except He is knowing it, nor any seed in the darkness of the earth, and anything wet or dry except it is recorded in a Manifest Book.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord recorded all that happens in the universe in His Speech Adhikr and preserved It as told in verses 43: 2, 44: 2, and 85: 21-22. It is the Three-Time-Knowledge which means the Knowledge of past, present, and future. It explains everything as explained in verses 2: 2, 97, and 255. It is commanded to mankind to ask about anything they do not know the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59 who is the author of Adhikr as explained in verses 16: 43 and 21: 7. Even the Messenger and believer are commanded to ask about the Impartial Lord to the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. See explanation 2: 284; 3: 79; 4: 133, and 6: 38.
