And those who reject Our verses, the punishment will affect them because of they have been transgressing.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord has taught every man Adhikr while they were created in Paradise. All 313 Messengers were sent down with the Truth and Proof Adhikr to teach mankind that there is no deity except Lord and to serve him alone as explained in verses 21: 24-25. Adhikr sent down to Messenger Muhammad contains all 312 previous Books and their upright Explanations as explained in verse 16: 44. The Safeguard Adhikr testifies and safeguards all previous Books as explained in verse 5: 48. Adhikr which explains everything is a Guidance, Mercy, and Herald for true Muslims who submit wholly to the Lord as explained in verse 16: 89. As the Lord is Impartial, He will not guide anyone to Hell or Paradise. Nobody becomes a believer without the Adhirk which is the Permission of the Lord as explained in verse 10: 100. It is told in verse 17: 15: "Whoever is guided, then indeed he is guided for his own sake, and whoever is strayed, then indeed he is strayed for her own sake. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another, and Lord would never punish a people until He sends a Messenger into them".
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr after receiving It. They are the transgressors and they will have disgrace in this world and painful punishment in the Hereafter as explained in verse 2: 85. It is told in verses 25: 33-34 that the Fujjar will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, and they are in the worst place and they are the most strayed. See explanation 2: 62, 119, and 6: 37-38.
