Then the taproots of the people who were wrongdoers were cut off; and praise is to Allah, Lord of all Worlds.
It is told in verses 21: 11-14: "How many cities We have destroyed when they became wrongdoers, and have produced other people in their place. Then when Our punishment comes to them, they are trying to flee from it. They are told: 'You don’t flee, but you return to luxuries you were enjoying and to your houses so that you should be questioned'. They wail: 'Oh woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers'". It is told in verse 11: 117: "Your Lord wouldn't destroy any country unjustly while its people were reformers". Lord wouldn't punish a people while Messenger or a believer is present in them or while they are seeking forgiveness as explained in verse 8: 33.
The Trust Adhikr is revealed to punish the hypocritical men and women as well as their followers Mushrik men and women, and to accept the repentance of believing men and women as told in verses 33: 72-73. The Fujjar who read these verses in Arabic Quran are making their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. On the Day of Judgment when the Truth Adhikr will be the standard of judgment, these falsehood followers Fujjar will be the losers. On that Day it will be proclaimed that all praises belong to Allah, the Lord of all worlds as explained in verse 1: 1. See explanation 2: 57, 254; 4: 133, and 6: 21.
