(Al-An'aam) 6 : 4
وَمَا تَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ آيَةٍ مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ

And no verse from verses of their Lord is coming to them except they are neglecting It.

This verse is repeated in 36: 46. The habit and approach of the disbelievers in Mecca and the Jews and Christians in Medina towards the Lord’s verses are portrayed in this verse. After thirty years of Messenger’s departure, worse character than any other people is seen among the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr as explained in verse 3: 7. Today as Adhikr is codified, those who testify It as the Guidance, Mercy and Herald are the Muslims who submitted wholly to the Lord as explained in verse 16: 89. But the Fujjar are falsely boasting and claiming before mankind that they are Muslims and all other people belonging to Messenger's community are Kafirs. These Fujjar are having never-ending doubts concerning every matter. They even don't know that the total number of verses in the Lord’s Book is 6236. Being deaf and dumb towards Adhikr, they are denoted as the worst creatures as explained in verse 8: 22. Lord has put a lid upon the hearts of the wrongdoers not to understand Adhikr which is in one's heart's language as told in verses 18: 57 and 32: 22. It is told in verses 20: 99-100: "Whoever neglects the Reminder Adhikr after it has reached him, then indeed he will bear a burden of sins on the Day of Judgment". It is told in verse 20: 124: "Whoever neglects the Book Dhikree, indeed he will have a narrow livelihood, and Lord will gather him as blind on the Day of Judgment". Whoever from Fujjar who forgot Lord by forgetting Adhikr will be admitted through an overwhelming punishment as told in verse 72: 17. See explanation 2: 6-7, 18, 121; 4: 56, 63; and 5: 57.
