(Al-An'aam) 6 : 35

And if their negligence is greatly intolerable upon you, then if you can you make a tunnel in the earth or use a ladder into the sky and bring a Sign to them; and if Lord Allah had so wished, He would have gathered them all together upon Guidance, then you shouldn't be among the ignorant.

Even though the Messenger Muhammad warned his people for a long period at Mecca, they were not ready to accept the Truth. Due to this the believers often wished that any Sign of evidence to prove the honesty of the believers and to destroy the denial of the disbelievers had been sent down to make the disbelievers accept the Guidance. Being a reply to their wishes this verse was revealed. It is told in verses 11: 118-119: "If Lord had Wished, He could have made mankind one community, but they will not cease to differ except who received your Lord's Mercy, and for that He created them, and the word of your Lord is completed that He will surely fill Hell with Jinns and mankind altogether". It is told in verses 26: 3-5: "You would destroy yourself in grief for mankind not becoming believers. If Lord had wished, He would have sent down a Sign to them from the sky by which their necks would remain as weak. And no new Reminder comes to them from the Impartial except that they are neglecting it".

Today, the Three-Time-Knowledge Adhikr is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar have made their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. By following books written by the pseudo-prophets and hypocrites they are hurrying for Antichrist and Doomsday. The believer who is the vicegerent of the Impartial Lord never compels anyone to become a believer or disbeliever as explained in verse 2: 256. Instead, he propagates Adhikr to the whole of mankind for fulfilling their responsibility as explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 2: 62; 3: 154, and 5: 67.
