You ask: "To who belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?" You say: "To Allah", He has prescribed Mercy as His character; surely He will gather all of you into the Day of Judgment about which there is no doubt, those who have made lost their soul, then they will never believe.
Man has a manifest vision about himself whatever excuse he comes up with as told in verses 75: 14-15. Whoever has identified and purified his soul utilizing Adhikr, will be among the prosperous as told in verses 84: 17-15. Whoever identified himself is successful and those who didn't do so are the losers as told in verses 91: 9-10. Lord has prescribed Mercy as His character. That is why He is not punishing anyone even though they are involved in disbelief and transgression in this world. The Impartial Lord is giving an abundance of worldly gains for the Fujjar since they will not have anything except punishment of Hell in the Hereafter. The Day of Judgment is decided to reveal all the secrets by taking out the Recording Book as explained in verses 17: 13-14. It is not the Impartial Lord that will push the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr into Hell; instead, it is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against the Fujjar and will push them into Hell. It is told in verse 39: 15: "Let the disbelievers may serve whatever they wish besides Lord; you declare: 'Indeed, the losers are those who lost their souls and their families on the Day of Judgment, you know that is the obvious loss'". And it is told in verse 42: 45: "When the disbelievers appeared near the Hell, you can see them fearing due to humility and disgrace, and looking into the Fire with stealthy glances; then believers will say: 'Indeed, the losers are those who lost themselves and their families, you know that the wrongdoers are in eternal punishment”. The scene of the Fujjar arguing, cursing, and blaming each other in Hell is explained in verses 2: 165-167. See explanation 1: 2; 2: 121, 272; 4: 46, and 6: 20.
