And surely, the Messengers before you had been ridiculed, then those who were ridiculing among them were affected with whatever they had been ridiculing.
This verse is repeated in verse 21: 41. All Messengers have been ridiculed by their people who have rejected Adhikr. When they all became wrongdoers and transgressors, they were affected by the punishment for what they had been ridiculing. The Impartial Lord doesn’t ruin anyone, but the wrongdoers are doing unjust against themselves as explained in verse 2: 57, and they are making themselves the cause for their destruction. It is told in verses 16: 33-34: "What are the disbelievers waiting for except the Angels should come to them or the command of your Lord? Just like those before have done. And Allah didn't wrong them, but they had been wronging their soul. Then they were affected by the evil deeds they had been doing and they will be affected with whatever they had been ridiculing". It is told in verse 36: 30: "Oh pity my servants! No messenger ever came to them without being mocked". It is told in verse 39: 48: "On the Day of Judgment the disbelievers will be shown the evils they had earned, and they will be enveloped with what they used to ridicule". The consequences of the transgressed people of Nooh, Hood, Swalih, Looth, Shuaib, and Moosa are respectively explained in verses 11: 36-49, 60, 67, 80-83, 94-95, and 10: 88-92.
By hiding Adhikr which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar have become wrongdoers and transgressors. They are ridiculing the Impartial Lord, Messengers, Prophets, and believers who are commanding Justice and prohibiting evil as explained in verses 3: 21-22. The Lord Commands the believers to keep up the prayer as explained in verse 4: 103, and the prayer is to maintain the Book Dhikree as explained in verse 20: 14. But these worthless people Fujjar without testifying the Book Dhikree are seeing sexual organs of opposite genders with their hearts during their so-called swift prayers as explained in verses 2: 110 and 2: 239.
