Oh, you who believed! If you are conducting confabulation, then you shouldn’t conduct confabulation sinfully and in hostility and in disobeying the Messenger; and you conduct confabulation in virtue and heedfulness; and you heed Allah, to whom you all will be summoned.
Since today the Splendid Adhikr is formed as a Book, only with It can one form belief in Allah, Messengers, Angels, Books, and the Hereafter. The Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, including the hypocrites and their blind followers, the Fajirs, are rejecting Adhikr and are not following the Messenger; instead, they are following 29 pseudo-prophets and are welcoming the 30th pseudo-prophet, Antichrist. The greatest evil is to hide Adhikr, which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium. See explanation 3: 21-22; 4: 115; and 47: 32.
Adhikr, which is revealed to the Last Messenger Muhammad, is inherited by the people of the Messenger as explained in verse 35: 32. Among them, nine hundred and ninety-nine out of each thousand are doing wrong against their own souls. At the time of their death, they will witness against the souls that indeed, they were among the disbelievers, as told in verse 7: 37; and from the Hereafter they will witness so as told in verse 6: 130. At the time of their death, the Lord will tell them: "You received My verses, you rejected them, you acted arrogantly towards It, you were among the disbelievers," as explained in verse 39: 59. To propagate Adhikr to mankind, Allah won’t come down to earth, nor will He send any Messenger to the earth after Muhammad. But it is the duty of those who inherited Lord’s Book to propagate Adhikr among the entire mankind as explained in verse 35: 32. The believers are allowed to make confabulation and secret meetings for the propagation of Adhikr, aiming to get a chance for a thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures in the land as well as in the sea, including mankind, for glorifying and praising the Lord with their soul as explained in verse 6: 38. Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer should follow the mode of prayer and lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 5: 2; 9: 53-55; and 35: 40-45.
