Haven’t you listened to those who befriended a people upon whom Allah’s wrath is inflicted? They are not among you and are not among them, and they are swearing upon falsehood while they know.
‘The wrath-affected people’ mentioned here are the Jews during the period of Messenger Muhammad. Those who befriended them were the hypocrites and the Kuffar upon whom the wrath and curse of Allah were affected as explained in verses 9: 67-68. Today, the enemies of Allah and the believers are the hypocritical transgressors who, instead of propagating Adhikr—the Three-Time Knowledge—to form the harmony of mankind, are trying to form communal harmony by hiding and rejecting Adhikr, and encouraging the followers to follow the falsehood books formed in the label of Islam.
