ADHIKR

Not only in the case of weight and measure, but in the case of everything, judgment should be taken with Adhikr—the Justice—as explained in verse 5: 42. Otherwise, all mischievous activities such as injustice, ruining, riot, bloodshed, etc. as explained in verses 2: 168-169, will spread everywhere, which will cause the destruction of the earth and thereby the universe. Thus, the burden for destroying the universe should have to be borne by mankind who have accepted Adhikr—the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium—and they should be gathered in Hell with Satan for helping him.
