(Ar-Rahman) 55 : 33
يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَنْ تَنْفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانْفُذُوا ۚ لَا تَنْفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ
Oh the assembly of Sprites and humans! If you can pass beyond the boundary of the heavens and earth, then you pass; you can’t pass without the Authority.
Without the Ticket Adhikr, which is the Proof and Authority, the doors of Heaven will not be opened for any Jinn or human to record the deeds in the Ledger Illiyyeen at Paradise as told in verse 7: 40. See explanation 17: 80; and 37: 156-157.
