And everything He does is in the Scriptures.
If ‘He’ mentioned in ‘everything He does’ is about Allah, it means that whatever Allah does is in Adhikr-The Three Time Knowledge of Allah. See explanation 2: 255; 10: 61; and 27: 75. If ‘He’ mentioned in verse is about individual, it means that whatever every person does, it is in the book of deeds fastened upon everyone’s neck as explained in verses 17: 13-14. See explanation 35: 25; 39: 69; and 45: 28-31.
So whoever utilises Adhikr in a way that It will argue and witness in favour of him, as well as intercede for him and make him interceding for others by propagating Adhikr-the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium-to all mankind aiming to postpone the end of the universe, he is only living in the way of one in thousand to Paradise.
