(Al Qamar) 54 : 49
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ

Indeed We have created everything in a measurement.

Just like Allah created everything in heavens and earth in a fixed number and measurement, he also determined a fixed term for all of them as told in verse 6: 2. He also has fixed the number of Jinn and human to Paradise and to Hell. Everyone’s fate is also decreed in the book of deeds fastened upon everyone’s neck as explained in verses 17: 13-14. So by utilising Adhikr which explains all these things as the Balance and Criterion, it is the duty of mankind bestowed with intelligence to ensure that the return of his and his Jinn soulmate is to the Paradise. The believer should exist everywhere and every time in a condition that ‘I am none, and I have nothing; everyone and everything belongs to Allah-the Creator’. Then only he becomes fulfilling the covenant he has made with Allah from the Paradise ‘Yes Lord! I do witness for it’ when Lord asked ‘Am I not your Lord’. The Impartial Lord doesn’t send anyone either to Paradise or to hell; instead, the verses in Arabic Qur’an which the Fujjar have seen, heard, touched and read will be arguing and witnessing against them, and will be pushing them to the hell as explained verse 9: 82. See explanation 25: 58-60; 36: 38; and 87: 2-3.
