(Al Qamar) 54 : 3
وَكَذَّبُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُسْتَقِرٌّ
And they rejected and they followed their whims, and for every matter has its fixed time.
That means for the happening of everything, the Three-Time Knower Lord Allah has determined a fixed time and has entered it in His Three-Time Knowledge Adhikr. When the punishment or Last Hour happens as explained in verses 7: 5; and 21: 14, the wrongdoing Fujjar who do not utilize Adhikr will wail that "we were wrongdoers."
